IT Manager

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Lead the information technology function of Vinschool to deliver all technology related capabilities, products and services required to achieve stable IT operations, and long-term educational technology implementation
• Create and Manage the finance and budget plan of Vinschool’s IT department
• Lead and direct Vinschool’s IT steering committee
• IT Project and Procedural Responsibilities include: IT strategic development, architecture definition and rollout, security, audit, process and organization development, project management, classroom technology management, student records and parent communication management

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Education and Tenure
• University degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering from an internationally recognized, accredited institution
• 10+ years of overall IT management experience
• 5+ years of specific management experience and knowledge in the education industry
Experience and Skills
• Track-record of successfully leading large IT transformations
• Track-record of successfully delivering IT systems and services (in particular education)
• Experience in managing agile technology organizations
• Experience in education product development
• Deep technology expertise, specifically in Education and IT governance, IT Architecture, Cyber Security and Risk, IT sourcing
• Data management and analytics

Leadership and communication capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills including the ability to lead by influence across functions
• Hands-on capability to plan and successfully drive forward implementation
• Ability to act as a change agent for the organization
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Excellent motivator and coach
• Ability to develop clear technology vision and strategy
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Adept in agile working methods
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to adequately represent IT to both internal/external stakeholders
• Strong networking and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills (English); Knowledge of Vietnamese not necessary, but helpful
